Developing Horizons has been created to support the development of Leaders and teams in an evolving industry. It's founder Gail Milne is passionate about leadership and development and wants to provide Leaders with the tools and knowledge to build a diverse and inclusive team culture whilst ensuring processes and procedures are efficient and fit for purpose.Gail is also a registered practitioner for and wants to help you understand your Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile™ (EMP) and how thinking like an Entrepreneur can benefit you either in your small business or in the corporate world.What are your key strengths? What underused strengths might you want to develop for a successful future? I can help you understand your EMP and set yourself goals that will help challenge your thinking and help develop your mindset to apply this in the entrepreneurial or corporate business worlds.I have successfully project managed transformation projects as well as developed and motivated teams, colleagues and management to work efficiently whilst always thinking about continuous improvements in their role and how this will support the whole team.I have been an active mentor for many years both officially and unofficially with both female and male colleagues and friends.I am currently involved with the Petroleum Club mentoring of Young Professionals and part of the Next Generation Mentor team as well as a mentor for Next Level Mentoring.Contact me at gail@developinghorizons.com.au to find out more
