Our developer work includes identifying property, completing feasibility studies, identifying and obtaining scarce sources, and managing all aspects of development. This includes all aspects of due diligence necessary for closing projects including negotiating legal documents, developing construction and operating budgets, and soliciting and evaluating proposals for both debt and equity. Our investor work includes identifying attractive investment opportunities in LIHTC and Historic Tax Credit properties, gathering due diligence, advising on the most efficient structure, negotiating terms, and managing the closing process.
