A small batch, gourmet hot sauce company located in the heart of Mississippi. One Saturday in their Plantation-style home, Lennon and Courtney decided they should make the best of being cooped up inside the house. In February 2010, it was cold and dreary in Natchez, Mississippi. D'Evereux Foods began as a rainy day project for four year-old, Lennon Aldridge and his father, Courtney Aldridge. They spent the entire weekend working out a pepper sauce recipe and destroying Mrs. Aldridge's kitchen. Time went on and it became a project that included the entire family. After three years of working and re-working the recipe, Pepper Sauce Rouge was finally perfected. Courtney gave out the sauce for free to friends and family…and they absolutely loved it! Courtney knew he had something special and he decided that he should share his pepper sauce with the world. By the beginning of 2014, D'Evereux Foods was a company. In the last year, we've launched a manufacturing facility, a thriving website, crossed the country with our wholesale campaign, and created a retail store only 3 blocks from the Mississippi river.
