Devon Hill Associates LLC harnesses the research power of mystery shopping to analyze and improve the patient experience in hospitals and healthcare facilities and the marketing and sales effectiveness of senior living and long-term care organizations. For over 2 decades we have engaged carefully chosen, experienced mystery shoppers to pose as "real" patients, seniors and/or their family member in order to provide detailed feedback about the patient experience or senior living marketing and sales. We make inquiry calls and scheduling calls and appointments. The mystery shoppers become patients in hospitals, OP facilities, doctors' offices, etc. or pose as prospects looking for senior living, assisted living or nursing homes. Our reports to clients about the mystery shoppers' experiences are detailed and insightful, most often leading to significant change and improvement.
