Devonport Guildhall is a Grade I listed building located in the heart of historic Devonport, just a five minute drive from Plymouth City Centre. The building was acquired and refurbished by Real Ideas Organisation (RIO) in 2009 with the help of Plymouth City Council and £1.75 Million from the Governments community assets fund. The guildhall is home to RIO's head offices and houses several successful social enterprises. Devonport Guildhall provides a unique backdrop for your business event. With various sized spaces, ranging from meeting rooms for 3-30 people, to the Main Hall fitting up to 200 people, a professional team and equipment to help your event run smoothly, our venue is a popular choice for a wide range of clients. What's more? We have Column Bakehouse onsite, which can provide high quality catering no matter what your event. All our spaces come with professional AV equipment including projectors, screens, Wifi, PA and microphones, included in our hire rates.
