DFC Economics is the economics consulting firm created in 2017 by Guido Cervigni and Luigi De Francisci. Both founders have more than 20 years of experience in the European energy sector. Guido is a former regulator, market designer and company strategist, and served as a consultant for the last ten years. Luigi served as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Planning, as well as Executive Vice President for European Affairs at Terna S.p.A., the Italian electricity system operator.At DFC Economics, we provide state-of-the-art consulting services in the utilities sector, based on sound economics theory and the most modern data analysis techniques.
