Merging two Winchester-area architectural firms: DFC Architects and Leesa Mayfield Architecture, we are integrating Leesa's skills in residential design with Don and Tim's experience in commercial work, doubling our capacity to meet the needs of the fastest growing region in Virginia. Leesa continues to work closely with homeowners on additions, renovation and new construction, especially during this post-COVID period in which we want to be as comfortable and productive as possible in our homes with new demands from work, school and health. Leesa will also be working closely with Don and Tim as we grow our commercial enterprises in multi-family housing, schools, religious institutions and motels. All three of us are particularly interested in the renovation of historic properties in downtown locations to create functional living, working and retail spaces.
