Our other services include design and integration of building automation systems, building information modeling, compliance engineering, feasibility studies, and peer review.Depending on the scope of your projects our services may include:•Project management•Construction management•Preparation of construction drawings and specifications: load calculations, equipment sizing and selection, preparation of tender and permit documents, performing site surveys, preparing technical reports and design briefs.•Post-tender field services duties including project management, issuance of CCDC documents, permit obtainment, change directives, change orders, contract amendments, deficiency reports, occupancy letters, payment progress draws, attending progress meetings and reviewing as-builts.
