We're there at all stages from development to execution.Every project starts when a client contacts us — usually after receiving that first investment and starting at ground zero. We bring on a project manager who works directly with the client throughout the process. The client-manager team creates a "wish list" of features and decides on a direction. Based on the direction and budget, the client chooses the model of work: Project or Retainer, and from there, our manager creates the work schedule. 2 models of work:Project based work - Price per product means the client doesn't have as much control over tasks and timing, since we'll be working to complete the process on a fixed deadline. Need a demo that will get you investment? Choose this model.Retainer - Client pays a monthly fee for open, on-demand services (includes developers and project manager). This is helpful once the product is already established and we can stay on to manage/maintain it. And the smarter choice if there's a product pipeline.Why we're differentWe give full access to the development process and engage the client at every step. Each feature is being discussed along the way, making the end result seamless. Clients gain access to a trailer board, where they can track the progress of their projects.
