We started advising clients in 2017 with a vision of becoming the trusted advisor who helps clients achieve their full potential by addressing a variety of business matters. We leverage over 20 years´ experience in a wide range of corporate roles in leading publicly-traded and closely-held companies the United States and Latin America.We have helped our clients navigate a variety of issues including - Innovation strategy and its alignment with corporate strategy and culture- Cultural transformation to improve decision making- Corporate governance for privately-held / family and startup companies.- Speaking engagements at conferences and events- Alliances/JVs between family-owned companiesWe are small and provide bespoke advice through direct personal involvement. Our clients value that we have the competence and empathy to provide broad advice, on hard and soft business matters as well as the interpersonal relationships between investors that are not anonymous. We usually provide our clients with advice beyond a single project. In fact, we are often invited to become members of the Board, Management Comittee, or other decision-making bodies, which ensures continuity in our advice. We are selective as to the clients and assignments we take on, to ensure that each client consistently receives the personalized attention they need.
