Dhananjay Group was founded in the year 1999 by Mr. T.N Kandakure, the Managing Director of the group in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.Having the expertise in manufacturing of Precision Sheet Metal Stamping components & its welded assemblies supplied to Automotive, Textile, Chemical and Home Appliance industries.Dhananjay Group is one of the leading manufacturer of Precision Sheet Metal stamping components, Assemblies and Fine Blanking in the state having total 8 manufacturing units (6 in Aurangabad & 2 in Pune, Maharashtra, India) with a corporate office in Aurangabad.Our plants are fully equipped with state of the art facilities like:--Fine Blanking-- Mechanical presses up to 1000 Ton capacity & Hydraulic presses up to 250 Ton capacity. --High speed stamping up to 500 Ton capacity for Laminations.--Spot, Projection, MIG, TIG welding machines.--Liquid Nitriding & Phosphating plant.--Fully Automatic Electroplating.--Fully Automatic Powder Coating.--In-house Tool Room for design & manufacturing of Press Tools.We follow Quality Management System conforming to ISO/TS 16949:2009 and TPM methodology with emphasis on continuous technological up gradation.
