We are dedicated to providing IT professionals access to technical information in a format suited for diagnosis, remedidation, resolution and prevention of common IT problems. We believe we can provide organizations with much better processes, tools and resources while maintaining credible information by ensuring that the information is methodically presented more akin to the medical industry practices then current IT practices.At the same time as offering a better solution to the IT professional, we are committed to enabling content providers to be rewarded for their knowledge rather than giving information away on public forums or archives. Our goal is not to charge the IT professional but rather the IT industry.
