Diagrama Foundation is a charity for children, young people, adults and families who are experiencing social difficulties, at risk of exclusion or who are similarly disadvantaged. We have a range of services and projects in the UK including fostering, adoption, residential homes for adults with learning disabilities, young people age 16-25 and elderly.Diagrama is also working towards providing a more effective solution to the rehabilitation of young offenders around the world.Diagrama UK was registered with the Charity Commission (England and Wales) on the 12th of March of 2009.
