The Diakonisches Werk Rosenheim e. V. is the welfare association of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the deanery district of Rosenheim. We are guided by the principle that every person is a unique and valuable personality created by God. The Diakonisches Werk Rosenheim e. V. supports all people in social and personal need, regardless of their cultural and social background, age, church affiliation, worldview, possible disability or sexual identity. We offer value-oriented political and social commitment in a successful and professionally excellent social enterprise. We - a multicultural, diverse family of talented and dedicated employees - provide professionally high-quality socio-educational and therapeutic services for people. Among everything else, we offer counseling centers for parents, addicts and delinquents, run daycare centers and residential programs for adolescents and adults, and provide outpatient and inpatient educational assistance as well as shelters. We run an outpatient care service for the elderly and support young people in school and training. Youth Welfare Upper Bavaria: We accompany children, adolescents and their families, as well as (young) adults within the framework of (all-day) education, upbringing, counseling and care. The spectrum of our services ranges from crèches to youth vocational assistance, from youth (social) work to outpatient and inpatient educational assistance, and from low-threshold counseling to intensive therapeutic services. Social Services Upper Bavaria: We accompany adult people with support needs. Our services cover topics such as addiction and other impairments, age and neediness, housing and social emergencies, migration and flight, work and employment, delinquency, and neighborhood and self-help.
