"Dialogue in the Dark Foundation was set to extend the mission of the Dialogue in the Dark social enterprise. We believe that an inclusive society is a better society. An inclusive society provides space and opportunities for people with diversified aspirations and abilities to live and work together for a common good. With the donation the Foundation receives, it will support people with a disability to pursue their goals in employment, self-employment, social enterprise, or in volunteer service. The Foundation has now set up a Dialogue Academy for people with a disability from developing countries in East Asia. This project will represent a contribution of Hong Kong to the increasing employment opportunities for people with a disability in this region."
