At Diamond Dispersions we are obsessed with dispersion design. Our quest is to create the perfect ink. Every dispersion we create has to meet our exceptionally high standards - this is called inkology but our global customers call it perfection.Back in 2007 we were a newcomer in ink manufacturing. Since ink manufacturers invest a great deal of time, skill and money formulating and trialling new inks, they change or trial new suppliers reluctantly. We had the task of proving our ability to manufacture quality products to the same specification over and over again. So, we began to differentiate ourselves by providing a service and levels of accessibility that our US and European multinational rivals simply couldn't offer. We also produced full technical information to directly save clients valuable laboratory time. The result? Over 86% of what we produce at our factory in Sheffield, UK is now exported via a network of distributors for key areas: Europe, China, USA, Canada, Brazil, Indonesia, South Korea and Russia. Being ‘in-country' is paramount to increasing our export success. From day one, we have invested a great deal of time undertaking in-country sales, technical support visits and spending ‘face time' with distributors and clients. As part of our export growth strategy, we have specifically targeted the BRICK countries over the last two years and are now well established in Brazil, India, China and South Korea. The Far East is also a very important market for us: China accounts for over 28% of Diamond's total market.
