Diamond Rose Development is dedicated to evaluating, negotiating, and constructing large industrial facilities for the storage, blending, importing, exporting, and terminalling of finished fuels and crude oil. We are currently focused on a large (2mm bbl fuel & 4mm bbl crude oil) storage facility located in South Central Louisiana. This facility offers potential clients with truck, rail, barging, and maritime access within 24 months of project kickoff. The proposed site is centrally positioned to take advantage of pipeline, refinery, and Mississippi River waterway between Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Louisiana. The mixed use proposal offers a short return on investment time with high IRR. Diamond Rose has paved the way to reduce resistance on the local, state, and federal levels to ensure a timely, efficient construction phase.
