Diamondback Healthcare Center is a brand new 94-bed skilled nursing facility located at 91st Ave and McDowell Rd. Our 70-bed sub-acute rehab will offer patients with dialysis, tracheostomy, and ventilation needs exceptional care as they rehabilitate in a state-of-the-art facility. The rehab gym is equipped with the industry's best equipment, including a full-size kitchen for occupational therapy. Our Long Term Care (nursing level) memory care pavilion features 24 spacious apartments (14 one-bedrooms and 10 studios), a large outdoor recreational area, a Snoezelen controlled multisensory therapy room, a dedicated rehabilitation and exercise gym, family gathering room and a full-service salon. We understand how crucial the memory care approach is as well. We are beginning the journey to becoming one of the few Montessori credentialed memory care facilities in the country.
