We started Dibble because we were curious. We wanted to know more about our food - who produces it, under what conditions and why? Are they committed to quality, their work, to the land? Each purchasing decision we make is a vote for or against the ethics of particular brand or product and all the consequences that entails. That's why we want to highlight independent food businesses that really care about what they do. We are interested in slow food, independent food, food that makes the heart sing. Food that you can trust, has a story, a connection. Using the latest web technology we have built a platform which will help you find your nearest independent food grower, producer or retailer. You can find out more about what makes them tick, understand their commitments and hear their stories. Soon you will be able to buy from them directly, book a farm stay or follow their blog updates.
