The factory of Didtek valve is located in Oubei (Zhejiang, China), covering an area of 25,000m2, of which 1000m2 is for office work whereas 24,000m2 is for production (including the assembly area, testing area and warehouse area). Moreover, the factory is only 9 miles to Yongqiang Airport, greatly facilitating for the visitor of our international customers and partners.Our valve production machinery has been equipped with the latest automation technology, which is specially designed to meet the needs of the cutting-edge manufacturing of large valves.All the production procedures are conducted by high precision equipment and skilled operators to ensure the valve design tolerance can withstand high pressure and high temperature on long-term basis, as well as guarantee the long service life of valves. Our Engineering Department has been involved in all the machining aspects.Before shipment, 100% of our valves will be tested according to the standards higher than API6D.Didtek valve is able to conduct the tests listed as follows in accordance with the internal testing procedures, API 6D standards and/or customers' specifications:Coating Test、Tensile Test、Dimension Test、Low Temperature Treatment、Chemical Analysis、Torque Test、Helium Leakeage Test、Shock Test.Didtek Valve reassures customers with sound and considerate after-sales services by technical supporting and providing of necessary spare parts.
