Didus Details
It's very hard for user experience (UX) professionals to find fulfilling job opportunities, and even harder for companies to build successful UX teams. Companies, particularly ones that are new to UX, often aren't able to fully understand what they need, let alone to articulate those needs to potential hires. Meanwhile, UX professionals struggle to explain their experience and the value they bring in a fast-growing field where roles are very dynamic, key concepts aren't well defined, and new trends are emerging every day. This is why we created a recruiting and career development practice within Didus specializing in UX and user-centered roles in design, research, technology, and strategy. Through our deep experience in the field and a unique relationship with UX Magazine—the most respected UX resource—we offer an insider approach to UX recruiting and career development. Didus works closely with professionals to help them articulate their value, and introduces them to companies that will appreciate their contributions and challenge their abilities. Similarly, we work with employers to ensure they have a clear understanding of their specific UX requirements before they hunt for talent.
