Die-alogues is a consulting company that trains and educates leaders of non-profit organizations, nonprofit staff, clergy, and church staff in culturally competent dialogue. Die-alogues is based on the premise of dying to self, or suspending selfish agendas in conversation and organizational relationships, and submitting to one another out of love of God and neighbor. This mutual submission is for the purpose of all persons learning from one another. Die-alogues also facilitates small group conversations on racism endeavoring to do all our work from a theologically Christian lens.
