Born and raised in the Dayton area, Matt and Mason had grown up hearing that Dayton was on the verge of a renaissance. Once they left college, they decided to quit waiting around and be the change themselves! The strategy was simple, if you invest in a building with historical significance to a passionate community, and add modern amenities while maintaining the timeless character, economic development will begin to stir.
