DIFFERÄNCE is a company created to welcome and assist expatriates with the mission of managing human capital based on cultural aspects. In a scenario where an expatriate costs 2 to 3 times more than a local employee and despite that, only 25% of them are as successful as expected by their companies, cultural adaptation accounts for one of the primary causes of failure in expatriate assignments. (Harvard Business Review) Our proposal is to enrich the international experience by making the adaptation process faster and more productive. Through intercultural training we intend to transform the challenge posed by the cultural clash into a main component of the expatriation assignment. DIFFERÄNCE, embrace it!
