In order to legally exchange Philippine Pesos (fiat) for Virtual Currencies (digital assets/cryptocurrencies), registration with the BSP as a VC exchange is mandatory. Digigold is currently in the process of completing this registration process through the law firm of Mata-Perez and Francisco located in Makati, Metro Manila.
