We are a team of highly experienced former CxOs and entrepreneurs who have been doing digital successfully since the 1990s who believe that winning in digital is essential for businesses. We help companies and investors think, invest and evolve from pre-digital to digital.How do we work with customers?1. Who? We work with investors, CxOs and business leaders to help ambitious pre-digital companies evolve to become digital winners. We achieve this through designing and delivering winning digital business strategies.2. Value? Our goal is to increase shareholder value through the journey from pre-digital to digital. To control the implementation risk we design journeys that "evolve a company across the digital chasm" rather than a "leap of blind faith". To align our motivation, we often use shared risk / reward structures.3. Why? - Experience Counts: we believe that experience achieves better results than theory. Our team has been successfully "doing digital" since the 1990s so you will work with highly experienced former founders and CxOs who "did it" rather than "read about it".- Performance Teams: to deliver the digital journey, we create high performance and diversely talented teams in partnership with clients. If needed, we leverage our network of trusted digitally native people and suppliers for additional talent and services. We also provide board level digital mentoring.- Access to Innovation: part of the digital journey is understanding how digital innovation might impact a company; so comprehend opportunities and threats. Access to this innovation is often difficult.
