I work with ambitious communication professionals who understand that 21st century marketing involves consumers as Participants. To help marketers embrace this new world I am both a Digital Strategist and Trainer. I find the two often work best hand-in-hand. There is a vast skills gap in most agencies and marketing organizations today and it's holding individuals and organizations back. And this skills gap or simple ignorance (don't know what I don't know) is one of the core cultural challenges that prevent the necessary change to keep up with the changes in consumer behaviour. Digital training is one of the quickest ways to close this skills gap. And training environments provide fertile ground for workshopping new digital strategies, ideas, and programs.
