Law & Ethics in a Datafied WorldIt is no secret that big data and artificial intelligence are in the process of revolutionizing the economy. Enormous industries such as health care, manufacturing, transportation and criminal justice will become more intelligent, more efficient, and more accurate. Many needless harms and inefficiencies of the past that were ultimately rooted in a lack of data will be greatly diminished. But like all revolutions, this one will have both winners and losers.
