Digital Media Asia was founded in 2012, a subsidiary of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA) that also own tvOne, Antv and news portal www.viva.co.id. With the planned launch of its "VivaSky" Pay TV service, Digital Media Asia is set to radically alter Indonesia's media industry, and to become a game changer in the new and exciting technology convergence market.As a convergent Direct To Home service operator with an aim to become the leading and dominant media company in Indonesia, VivaSky ready for the age of convergence & digital switch over with a game changing business model & differentiated strategies to open up a whole new horizon in Indonesia's PayTV Industry. In February 2013 KIA Group (Konektivitas Infrastruktur asia) were invited to participate as shareholders (51% own by Viva and 49% by KIA).
