Nathan Richards is a Digital Learning Consultant with experience as a visionary and innovative educator. Over the years he has developed an extensive knowledge across technology and digital domains including new and emerging technologies. His experience expands across the P-12 educational environment with a passion for contemporary curriculum design. With a proven capability to define, develop and manage digital technology strategies Nathan is an industry leader in Digital Transformation. Nathan holds a prominent presence in the educational space of Microsoft Education specialising in areas such as OneNote Class Notebook and Minecraft Education Edition. His current work focuses on Office 365 and Visible Learning working together to move learners forward along with the way Minecraft Education Edition can support teachers and their students in an environment that provides autonomy, mastery and purpose. Nathan currently supports schools to embrace integrated digital technology as a key enabler in the implementation of ICT. Nathan has a love for game-based learning and finding the little wins for teachers which help them to change the way they use technology with their students. He has been fortunate to partner with a group of Aboriginal Cultural Tutors to explore how educational technology can assist in teaching cultural stories and language.
