Our programmes often involve skills training in a learning and development context and also within the policy context of diversity and social inclusion.We are committed to empowering communities through enterprise, employability and workplace training. We do this by delivering an array of professional training, vocational courses, and bespoke programmes in areas such as Inclusion and Diversity, Business and Enterprise, Leadership and Management, and Customer Service. Our two flagship programmes are the award-winning Supporting Opportunities for Women, which aims to address the economic empowerment of women through training, enterprise, business and self-employment; and Managing Diversity in the Workplace, a BTEC Professional Diploma delivered at level 4.
