We develop custom made software for control software (PLC and HMI) for machines in the food and microbiology sectors. In the last few years we have developed a series of new ideas and techniques regarding industrial software, which can help reducing total development time by over 40%. Subsequent changes and modifications to the software can also be done at reduced price and effort. We achieve this thanks to the following innovations: 1) Hardware simulators which can simulate the yet incomplete machines. This way the control software can already be developed at the start of the automation project, instead of when the machines are actually available. 2) Web-based HMI's, which allows the GUI (Graphical User Interface) to work on any platform (Windows, MacOS, Android tablets, etc.), to be easily modifiable and be used at any location. 3) Integration of modern software testing methods, including our proprietary Test Suite, resulting in a fully and robustly tested system at delivery.
