Our platform accelerates digitization and consumerization of service delivery in an Enterprise. It helps customers take a maturity leap in their service delivery approach to a ‘Digital Service Model' – A nexgen delivery model that brings a highly productized approach to delivering services. It enables consumer grade experience within an Enterprise where the users are able to get any service, anytime, anywhere and get them delivered instantly.We enable this through a platform business model. We want to ‘Uberize' service delivery. We act as an platform provider that provides a uniform format to define services, Digital Xchange for transacting services and a zero-touch service Delivery platform. Service Providers build and offer services thru our platform and customers consume these services as subscriptions in pay-as-you-go model.
