The Directors' Institute of Israel (DII) is an association of directors and senior managers of medium to large organizations in Israel, for the purpose of professional development, knowledge-sharing and networking.Israel's accession to the OECD in 2010, together with increasingly stringent requirements under Company Law, have highlighted the need for professionalism, transparency and global awareness in Israeli boardrooms and companies.The DII organizes speaker and networking events with leading international experts from the global business community, as well as from Israel. Speaker events, panel discussions and professional development workshops focus on key and current issues of vital interest to directors and senior managers.
