In 2006 I started to discuss company culture with an Occupational Psychologist. Organizational Culture wasn't a c-suite priority back then, but employees and job seekers uncovering culture and demanding better places to work; so, we built Jiibe.com. Companies could share their culture on our platform and job seekers could find their ideal place to work. We saw some amazing companies participating but the most memorable one was Quicken Loans. We soon realized they were a "beacon" of how companies could scale and engage at all levels of the organization. Today, with the advent of the social and digital era, Culture is more important than ever. Our work on Jiibe was the precursor to everything we are building for the enterprise -- Diialog.Diialog is a web-based assessment and management system that defines an organization's culture with precision and measures it over time. The Diialog assessment system enables a company's executive team to define its unique, required (or "preferred future") culture, the one it believes is needed to execute the company's business plan and excel in the marketplace. Diialog defines an organization's culture, as well as its sub- and counter-cultures, on eight characteristics and 13 causal factors. Diialog is a valid, reliable, and efficient assessment system for measuring and developing organizational culture.
