For over two decades, I have invested in over four hundred and fifty hundred private placements of emerging growth companies and put in excess of $800 million to work in sectors ranging from healthcare, technology, energy, alternative energy, and mining. Reg A+, which allows companies to raise up to $50 million in a single twelve month period, is a more legally complex offering due to the requirement to submit an offering Circular to the SEC, subject to the approval of the SEC before the Reg A+ can officially be marketed to the public. In addition, it requires a company to submit audited financials twice a year as of the period ending June 30th and December 31st. Therefore, the Company raising capital needs to retain a certified financial auditor to comply with these financial filings.
