The dingo is a free-roaming, predatory dog living in Australia today, brought to it from Asia by sailors 3,000 years ago. Thylacine, an extinct indigenous breed of wild dog in Australia, did not survive, while the newcomer, the dingo, outlived the indigenous dog. How come? The dingo survived because it was able to adapt and develop a pack hunting strategy through which it procured its food. The species' ability to establish a target-oriented group in which cooperation was based on a clear role distinction had led to successful hunting and its continued survival. The strategy of the collaborative goal-oriented group facilitated food procuring and allowed the species to survive as a race to this day despite difficult conditions.Organizations today operate in a highly dynamic environment, necessitating players to maintain agility. They must identify trends, adapt and adjust to the changing reality, and they must do so on time. Business organizations that do not change cannot survive this dynamic environment and die out. Governmental organizations, too, will grow irrelevant without adapting to the new reality, risking the emergence of new alternatives that will meet the demands of their clients. We are confident that organizations can significantly increase longevity by changing the right way in the right time. Like the dingo, organizations need to know how to draw key people and create strong coalitions, in order to survive and prosper. We know how to identify the required change and build an actionable strategic plan, and we're here to serve you!
