A LITTLE BIT ABOUT DINO..Our grandfather Nihad Efendi used to pick olives himself not to mention he would get them extracted right away. He would categorize trees by their soil, air around the grove and water they got and bottle them separately. And ever time he'd extract olives, he was kind enough to send us some Liters. In this crazy life we live now, every time we get that bottle from our grandfather, it takes us on a memory lane. We wanted to share this priceless experience with you. We put the spark Dino gave us in each of our bottles. Not everyone may have a grandfather like Nihat Efendi but if you let us, Dino Ayvalik could be all of ours.We collected our olives from Aktepe and Altinova regions in Ayvalik where Nihat Efendi still resides. just like him got them extracted within 3 hours. We separated our bottles by their soil, air and water. And during the process of presenting you with this unmatched taste of oliveoil, we found the nature again! This is why Dino Ayvalik is more than just a brand. We know that each time you dip your bread into our olive oil, or each time you use it while cooking, you will feel the light of Dino.
