With great understanding of board functionality through consulting, sitting on and extensively researching boards we assist directors with tools that help them achieve organisational goals. Our key focus is on independent non executive directors who play a critical role in today's business world. We have developed a tailor made program that helps aspiring and current independent directors understand their role and responsibilities on a board. Our flagship management toolkit, C3TM is a proven boardroom management strategy that works with boards to accomplish organisational goals.
