DiscoveryFEST aims to make the hours of a child's day rich with play, learning, and discovery. We accomplish this by providing youth and their families access to diverse, robust enrichment experiences that youth, themselves, cultivate.In this day and age, many youth simply do not have access to activities such as cooking, physical and performing arts, sports, and many other opportunities. DiscoveryFEST aims to provide children with the opportunities to discover these domains while also gaining skill and experiences in character education; science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM); language arts; reading comprehension; and more by offering students and families access to many of these enrichment activities at no cost.However, DiscoveryFEST does not stop there. Over time, our staff works to help youth continue or find additional experiences and that they enjoy--stimulating a process that will stimulate and foster life-long interest and learning.
