My vision for Dispersive Prism Management, is to utilise all the knowledge that I've gathered after over 11 years within the IT business. My philosophy is that IT used to be considered as something somewhat necessary to mainly support and enable the core business strategies is now rapidly becoming a major part of the core business itself. It is my belief that every department is IT. I love to be in the middle, helping organisations to take a step back and optimise their business (and/or projects) based on this philosophy. The company name, perhaps being a bit pretentious, was derived from this journey; taking a look at all the colours (departments, people and their fantastic ideas) that hits the prism, making sure that they exit as a intensely glowing and focused ray of light (success).
