dispàrte is an independent production company established in Rome in 2015, founded by Alessandro Amato and Luigi Chimienti, after graduating in Production at the National Film School. We are focused on characters driven stories and art-house international coproduction films. Our mission is to give voice to Italian and international emerging authors and to explore the interconnections between different film industries.Our first feature film was Il Nostro Ultimo (Our Last), directed by the twenty-two years old Ludovico Di Martino and distributed in Italy by Pablo Distribuzione Indipendente. Il Nostro Ultimo was one of the 20 most awarded and selected Italian movie of 2016 worldwide and was theatrical release in Italy in June 2016. The international sales agent is Flexy Movies.We collaborate in the production of the feature film Il Più Grande Sogno (I Was A Dreamer) directed by Michele Vannucci and produced by Kino Produzioni, in collaboration with Laser Film , Upupa and disparte. The movie premiered at the ORIZZONTI Competition at the Venice Film Festival 2016 and was later selected at the CPH:PIX New Copenhagen International Film Festival and Milano Film Festival. The director was nominates as "Best Emerging Director" at David di Donatello 2017 and won the 3Future Award. Il Più Grande Sogno was theatrical released in Italy in November 2016 by Antani. The international sales agent is TrueColors.We produced SHORT FILMS selected and awarded worldwide and ADVERTISINGS nationally broadcasted. Currently we are developing three FEATURE FILMS and a DOCUMENTARY.
