MY MISSIONMy mission is to alleviate the administration and operational stress within your business.I'll take a look at your current processes and systems; and refine and document them while continuously striving for procedural improvement and time and cost savings.All this while managing as much or as little of the day-to-day administration that your business requires!How it worksTHE MEETINGIn the first meeting I'll ask you all about your business to find out what you do, what drives you and what are your pain points.Pain points are the things that are causing you stress which is in turn hampering the success of your business.I'll find out about the systems you currently use, the staff you have on board and where you want to take your business. THE PROPOSALAfter our initial meeting, I'll put together a proposal which details the initial processed that I will assess and refine, the systems and documentation I need access to and the outcomes I will provide to you. THE PLANIf, from my initial assessment, I deem that the project will be long term, I will provide you with an action plan which breaks down the next x months and how I plan to spend them. THE ACTIONThen we get down to diving deep within your businesses processes, procedures, pain points and I work on refining your processing, building or tweaking your systems and documenting the procedures. All this happens while I manage the admin of your business as much or as little as you need.
