Distribution Postal Consultant's Inc. was an American Family owned business founded in the early 1980s as an un-authorized provider of Global Mailing Services and later as an authorized Global Mailing Service provider with the Lifting of the Outbound Postal Monopoly governing conveyance of international mail from the United States in 1986. The company was known for international & domestic bulk mailing services and served a prestigious mid-Atlantic base of corporations, educational institutions, and non profit organizations. The company's accomplishments included being the 1st American Private Sector company to introduce automated OCR sorting of international bulk mails, contributions which led to the formation of international m-bag exchange services in the late 1980s, innovations in international data processing in the late 1990s, etc. The company ceased it's mailing operations in 2009 and closed it's doors for the last time in 2010.
