Natalie Setliff is the owner of District Counseling and Wellness Center (DCWC). Natalie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and works with individuals, couples, families, and group therapy of all ages. She specializes in addressing emotional, relational, social, and behavioral difficulties. Natalie is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She also holds a Bachelor of Art degree from West Virginia University, majoring in Psychology. Natalie is a Clinical Fellow of American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). As a therapist, Natalie provides a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental setting where each client can feel free to express their emotions and work toward their goals. Natalie's positive and strength-based approach utilizes client's strengths to help develop new ways of connecting, coping and navigating the challenges of their lives. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, with its roots in systemic family therapy, utilizing the different theories of change. "Making the decision to seek counseling is often overwhelming and difficult. I believe it is important to recognize the strength in each individual, couple, and family for making the step towards living a healthier, happier, and more fulfilled life. My desire for clients is to improve self-awareness, increase insight and develop new ways of coping.
