Rotaract is an acronym for 'Rotary in Action! The main objective of Rotaract is to capture the raw potential of the youngsters and channel it in the right direction. Comprising of College and Community based clubs, Rotaract is spread across 105 countries, having over 1.7 lakh Rotaractors, with 10% of the entire Rotaractors worldwide coming from Rl district 3230 which comprises of clubs in and around Chennai. The volunteers and members of this movement believe in bringing out a positive change. Rotaract clubs have been instrumental in spreading awareness about Rotary International's flagship projects over the years. Join us today!The magnificent heirloom of district 3232 was prevalent as RID 3230 till June 2016. The district got bifurcated for better administrative purposes from July 2017 as RID 3232 with the strength of over 20,000 energetic budding leaders. Every year, the District Rotaract Council is formed to unite the clubs in the district and as a device for starting new clubs. Members of this council devote themselves to Rotaract and the entire Rotary Family and also obligate themselves to great levels of service. These faithful and committed individuals play a vital part in the history of a thriving district and evolve by receiving constructive feedback from their fellow Rotaractors.
