Our sole purpose is to promote inclusion for English Language Learners (ELLs) by focusing on three (3) areas: social & coping skills, and productivity.This company works within corporations that desire to break language barriers, build moral, and ultimately improve productivity.This company is based on Standard 3 Definition of Diverse Learners, but is expanded to serve not students in the classroom, but also adults in community and workforce. Due to the vast diversity in society, we must work diligently to use different methods of instruction and constantly monitor the comprehension taking place in the certain settings. One goal is to provide extra support, and allow individuals to use technology when it can assist or help eliminate things such as language barriers. Our company is able to recognize the differences in the learning styles and abilities as each person comes with a different background that affects his or her ability to succeed. It is the job of a professional to take the time to understand cultural differences and beliefs and to recognize them and listen to each person when they bring forth a difference. Recognizing differences allows for another avenue of communication and opens another channel to delve deeper into an individual's ability to learn, comprehend, and increase productivity.
