Helping humanity heal, by bringing about emotional, physical, and spiritual balance.Founded by Shelley McConaghy in 2003, Divine Balance® was created to help people find balance and peace in their lives.For the first 13 years Shelley provided her clients with single-practitioner healing sessions incorporating Usui Reiki, crystal healing, and polarity energy balancing, and some sound healing techniques.In December 2016, she began partnering with like-minded practitioners, to bring her clients duo-practitioner healings. Having two practitioners working simultaneously gives the client the opportunity to receive a powerful combination of energies, with the benefit of addressing more than what's possible during a single-practitioner healing.Clients generally receive breathwork and sound healing; crystal healing where crystals are placed on the body, under the massage table, and held in the hands; gently relaxing reiki holds; and polarity energy balancing, coupled with the power of Kurradji traditional Aboriginal healing techniques.There is no better way to learn ‘balance' than by listening to that quiet voice within—the one we can only hear when we become still.
