The Division (pvt) Ltd has been in existence since 1994 and has expanded from its small beginnings to be one of the largest Architectural and Engineering and Cost Consultancy Service Organisations in the Sri Lankan private sector. Project control, planning, reporting, project audits, design management, stake holder requirements, development of procurement strategy, risk management, issue management, change management, documentation control, quality management, coordination with the client and all other critical areas of the project will be efficiently and effectively managed by us, ensuring timely delivery.
