Hey there, we're the Dixon's. If there is nothing that I won't ask from you, it is to be the you as best as you can be. Every recruiter has their own style of candidate engagement. Some styles are praised, some are looked down upon, and some are looked past.To me, the world of recruiting and engagement in the work field period is the perfect area to test out new ideas and skills where old ones fail.Connecting people to advancement opportunities is one of my favorite things to do and has been since grandma taught me, everyone deserves a chance at something they want. A kid wants to build a model robot before the end of summer, a 16 year old wants to start an internship before graduating high school, a mother wants the perfect job where she doesn't have to worry about feeding her family and sacrificing time, a retired veteran wants a caring home health nurse that's there just for them. Why does this have to be impossible for some? We can help with a couple. Let's start with the perfect job long term or short. Let's work together to find that perfect fit job in the healthcare field. In today's time there is a massive demand for support in the medical field in all levels. In most positions job seekers are seeing more competitive rates than ever. The world needs help, I'm willing to do my part in helping you do yours, for yourself, your family, and the next. Sense of humor, relativity, and transparency.
